We sit at the intersection of physical fitness and emotional wellbeing, where feeling strong and balanced in your mind and body will allow you to live to your highest potential.

Combining principles of life coaching, somatic movement, nervous system regulation and performance coaching with yoga, barre and dance, we are able to offer something unique to the world that gives women the chance to release trapped emotions and strengthen their fortitude.
